It's almost time for class to be in session once again with a new episode of Abbott Elementary season 4 this week! When we last saw the teachers and school, they had a good time at the opening of the golf club. But unfortunately, they were being used for charity day to make the club look good. We didn't expect anything less.
Though our favorite teachers, and Principal Ava of course, never go down without a fight. And they always think of their students first. So they're able to twist the golf club's arm into providing a club for Abbott students where they can hang out and learn how to play the sport. Wohoo! Plus, the city and bus drivers have come to an agreement, which means the strike is over. So what comes next in the story and when exactly can you watch?

Abbott Elementary premieres tonight, Feb. 5, 2025 with a new episode. Season 4 episode 13, "Science Fair" airs at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC. Episodes are also available to stream on Hulu the next day. Here are the release times if you're watching live:
- East coast: 8:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Feb. 5
- West coast: 5:30 p.m. PT on Wednesday, Feb. 5

What to expect
Even though there's no promo, that doesn't mean ABC hasn't released other tidbits to help us learn what's come to next. And I really think this is going to be a good one as the teachers go head-to-head. Check out the synopsis below:
"While supervising the kids making their science fair projects, the teachers’ competitive sides come out."
Based on the images, it looks like perhaps Janine and Melissa are the ones who are going to go against each other the most. And even Ava looks to provide a helping hand. With Mr. Johnson always having a random fact or knowledge to impart, he could definitely be an asset as well.
Elsewhere, Mr. Morton has been referenced in the last few episodes but not shown. Well, the actor is back this week. I would love to see him and Jacob competing against each other as well because of their dislike towards the other. That would be hilarious! Now will Barb join in on the competition? Perhaps, perhaps. I see Gregory being chill about it, but I could be wrong. We'll find out tonight. Check out more first-look images below!
