Is Levi with a cheater in Grey's Anatomy?

Levi and James are making things official in Grey's Anatomy. Well, that may be off the cards if James is cheating.

It didn’t take long for Levi and James to start hooking up in Grey’s Anatomy. The question is whether they can make it work. Levi won’t stand for cheating.

The episode of Grey’s Anatomy started with Levi hiding (unsuccessfully) from James. He shared with Jo that he found a wedding album in James’s house. Well, that’s a blow to their blossoming romance because Levi will not be with a cheater.

Levi spent the whole episode avoiding James in Grey’s Anatomy

Now granted, Levi did spend a lot of the episode in a helicopter trying to save a 10-year-old girl’s life (and leg). It’s not like he spent the whole time rushing away from James every chance he could. He spent enough of the episode doing that, though, showing that he’s probably not quite that ready for a relationship. He has a lot to work on when it comes to communication.

Fortunately, James is willing to fight for this blossoming relationship. He kept trying to talk to Levi, managing it at the very end.

Is James cheating on his husband?

Levi blurted out that he saw the wedding album. As you would expect with how the show built this storyline up, James is not cheating. His husband died a few years ago. Understandably, James still loves his late husband. Of course, that wedding album is going to be out. Someone who gets into a relationship will need to know this.

James admitted that he just didn’t know the right time to bring it up. The dating thing is new for him, because he loved his husband so much.

Levi did eventually admit that he thought James was cheating, and I love that James didn’t get offended by that. It makes sense that that would be the first thought. Why would “dead husband” be the first thought?

While it was a cute moment, I have to wonder how long this can last. The episode also saw Beltran tell Levi that he would be great in peds after seeing the way he treated the young girl. Peds is his calling, and it’s not too late. He just needs some time to do a paper, and she has the perfect opportunity for him. The downside is that it’s in Texas. Will James move to Texas to test out this new relationship, or is all of this over before it’s begun?
