911 Season 7 is just around the corner. It’s on the move from FOX to ABC, which has led to some bigger budgets available. This means some returning faces.
There is one confirmed returning face right now. Of course, there are a few characters from the past seasons that fans would love to see. These characters may come back, but in an interview with TVLine, Tim Minear only confirmed one returning face so far.
Who will be back in 911 Season 7?
Minear confirms that Anirudh Pisharody will be back. Pisharody plays Ravi in the series, a member of the 118. After disappearing at the end of Season 5, we got to see Ravi again in Season 6. He is at the Academy, helping to train the next generation of firefighters.
We’d already seen that he had changed a lot in his time away and back at the Academy. Now it’s time to see how he’s changed even more.
What’s not clear is whether he’ll be back with the 118 or not. It is possible that we’ll see he’s with another LAFD team, but he runs into the 118 on a call.
Will anyone else return?
What about other familiar faces? Minear tells us to keep an eye out on the couples on the cruise ship, which will see Bobby and Athena in trouble as the cruise ship sinks. There will be a couple that we recognize.
That’s all we get to know. Is it possible that Abby is back? The last we saw her, she’d moved on in love and was with her fiancé in the plane crash. Could we see them back together on the cruise ship? We can hope, right?
