Well, hello, Bold fans! Is anyone else punching the air in delight over the reveal in Apr. 5's The Bold and the Beautiful episode? I was hoping that the infamous queen of chaos wasn't down for the count, even though Lauren Fenmore would prefer that she'd burn in hell, and we just learned that she's not! If you're behind on the soap, let me give you a quick overview of how we got to this moment.

No one has been able to put two and two together to figure out why Sheila would attack Steffy and do so while not saying a word. That has never happened during their exchanges. The pair are usually spitting fire but the night "Sheila" broke into the Cliff House and went after her, Steffy didn't hear a peep out of Sheila. She was also in this weird get up with netted fabric over her face. It was odd. Still, in fear for her life, Steffy stabbed her and who she thought was her nemesis bled to death by the fireplace.

An undisclosed amount of time later, but presumably long enough for Steffy to get the all clear from the authorities and for Sheila's body to be released, Deacon decided to hold a memorial for his love. Only Finn and Hope attended, but Deacon giving her a homegoing spoke to the depth of his feelings and his desire to make sure she's loved. He even got her a casket even though Sheila was going to be cremated.

Unable to let her take that last step alone, Deacon went to the crematorium to be there for Sheila in the last moments before her body would be turned to ash. He gave a beautiful speech about how much he loves her and laid flowers out on her shrouded body. Before the machine was started, Deacon asked the attendant if he could look at her one last time.

Like we saw when he visited the morgue, despite this being his worst nightmare, it appeared to be Sheila laying in the box. Telling her once again that she's loved, he went to press the button that would start the cremation process. But, as the box tipped down into the cremator, the sheet began to move off her feet and Deacon saw that she had ten toes. He started yelling about that but the attendant had no idea what he was talking about and tried to pull him away from the flames.

We, however, know exactly what he meant. The real Sheila has nine toes because she sawed one off when faking death by bear attack (Wild I know!). Whoever that was who got cremated, though we all suspect it's Sugar, wasn't Sheila which means Deacon is going to be on a mission to track his love down. He said he wanted more time, well he's about to get it. The mystery surrounding where Sheila could be is about to be some great storytelling.

I'm looking forward to following the twists and turns of this storyline with you, Bold fans. See you in my next post!
