Bold and the Beautiful spoiler: Steffy gets "good news" from Finn

The Bold and the Beautiful is set to put Steffy between a rock and a hard place the week of May 6. According to the spoilers, word is about to spread that her nemesis, Sheila Carter, is alive and well. That is not what Steffy is going to want to hear even given the fact that she thought she was the one to send the woman to an earlier than expected grave...er, cremation.

Based on the preview, Hope is going to find out first when she pops by her father's apartment. Seeing Sheila again is enough to have Deacon and Finn hovering around her because the surprise appearance sends her reeling. If that's her reaction, I can't imagine what Steffy's is going to be. We're going to be in for a wait though because Finn's not supposed to tell his wife what he's been up to until Thursday, May 9.

What we do know is that Steffy is going to be horrified by news that Finn is over the moon about. He hadn't been completely honest with her when it cames to his feelings regarding his birth mother's death. And now that he's found out that Sheila's not only alive but that she'd been the victim of a revenge plot that she'd tried to stop to protect his family, he's not about to walk away from his mom.

That's going to be a problem full-stop for Steffy. She thought her nightmare had been over and, while she was struggling emotionally over having to take a life even in self-defense, she'd rather Sheila be dead than be in their lives once again. Let alone an important part of it because Finn's already promised that she'll be in it. To me, this signals trouble ahead for Sinn because there's no way that Steffy's going to be okay with that especially when it comes to their kids, Kelly and Hayes.

It's possible that we might be coming up on Sinn's expiration date. They've been together for four years which is quite a bit of time for a soap opera. And Steffy does have a man waiting in the wings, Liam Spencer, her best friend and ex-husband who also happens to be Kelly's father. Could Steam be on the rise? Only time will tell but the "good news" that Sheila's alive might actually be the death knell for Sinn's romance. After all, Steffy seemed to be entertaining Liam's advances the last time Finn was on better terms with Sheila. Who's to say it won't happen again?
