It's time to make a brand new deal! The famed game show franchise Deal or No Deal is heating up this year with a new addition to the family, Deal or No Deal Island. According to Deadline, the show is said to be "a mix of the original long-running format and Survivor". Deal or No Deal has become one of the most popular game shows in American history. For those who don't know, the original Deal or No Deal, hosted by Howie Mandel, is actually an American adaptation of the Dutch game show format of the same name. With the show being highly success for NBC, game show enthusiasts and casual viewers alike should have a blast with watching this latest program.

While Mandel will not be seen on camera as the host for this show as viewers will instead see actor Joe Manganiello (Sam Raimi's Spider-Man, Magic Mike franchise) serve as host, Mandel is attached to the show as an executive producer.

The game show features 13 contestants who travel to the banker's private island. In classic competition show style, the contestants will compete to find hidden briefcases that are worth over $200 million. Only one contestant will remain to try and beat the banker in order to win the multi-million dollar prize.
