Eric proposes to Donna at the Forrester function (Bold and the Beautiful Feb. 7, 2024 recap)

Finally! Eric popped the question to Donna on The Bold and the Beautiful. We were left in suspense over what her answer will be, but we all know she's going to say, "Yes." Donna has expressed more than once that she intends on being Eric's partner for as long as she's able, so there's no way she's rejecting his proposal.

The moment happened during the party Eric wanted to throw in honor of his recovery, his family, and Donna who has stood by his side through thick and thin. With Ridge's assistance, he got down on bended knee and proposed to his lady love in front of their loved ones.

In attendance at the function were also Brooke, Katie, Carter, RJ, Zende, and Luna. The latter had spent the first part of the episode at Forrester Creations with her mom. Poppy was helping her get ready for the party. One thing I'm definitely keeping my eye on is that when Luna was switching out her bag for a fancier one, she accidentally picked up her mom's mint tin which likely isn't holding actual mints. This could be the start of a no good, very bad, terrible night for Luna if that's the case.

As the mother-daughter duo were talking, RJ and Zende had a scene together, this time at the guest house on Eric's property. The two are on good terms right now, but RJ hasn't picked up on his cousin continuing to bring up Luna in conversation. We all know the young intern is beautiful but Zende mentioning it more times than is needed and then low key flirting with her at the family function tells me he's not done waiting in the wings just in case opportunity strikes.

Aside from what was going on at Forrester Mansion, we caught up with Bill and Liam at Il Giardino. The two were sharing a meal together and talking about Bill's romance with Poppy. Though he's been told that the couple are taking it slow, Liam is interested in meeting her. He's into the fated quality of this whole situation. But talking Poppy up so much ended up getting him sent on his way earlier than expected as Bill decided he'd like to see her.

When Poppy arrived, she and Bill reveled in their spark. You'll definitely want to be seated for tomorrow's episode as, according to the spoilers, Bill's set to put her on the spot!
