Found season 2 is definitely on our minds after the teaser that was released for the season! We're in for an intense ride now that Sir is on the loose and he's kidnapped Lacey. Be prepared for a cat and mouse game as Sir leads Gabi on a wild goose chase and even pays the team a visit at her firm.

In all of this chaos, with the show still adhering to the standard case-of-the-week procedural formula, viewers are wondering just how Danielle Savre will tie into the season's storyline. The Station 19 vet was announced to be joining the series in a recurring role back in June but details on her character weren't made available. While that still remains the case, showrunner Nkechi Okoro Carroll did tease what we can expect from the character when speaking with TVLine:

"The character is a lot of fun. We’ve loved having her on the show, and she’s loved playing it. I think she pretty much interacts with almost everyone on the show, which has been such a beautiful, fun energy to bring in. And she’s such an incredible talent. I leave it to the audience to decide how they feel about her [character]. But for me, it’s been pure joy."

Given Carroll's words Savre could bring some levity to a show that's definitely going to need it since Sir has Gabi and her team running here, there, and everywhere while on high alert. Or, since she's leaving it up to us to determine how we feel about the character, Savre's stepped into a role that could be antagonistic but fun to watch. She may be the thorn in Gabi's side, potentially someone in law enforcement or at the bureau.

With Savre having a recurring part in Found season 2, one in which she interacts with almost everyone in the cast, I think it's less likely that she's playing someone close to a victim in one of the case of the week's unless it's a case that will span more than one episode. The guest stars featured in the cases tend to have one episode stints, she would need to be written to have established a connection with one of Gabi's team members for her to stick around.

The prevailing theory among Station 19 fans is that Savre is playing Lacey's love interest or is intended to become romantically involved with the law student. That's yet to be determined or sussed out. We'll keep you posted as more news and information comes in. Stay tuned to Hidden Remote and follow us on X!
