Sir kidnaps [spoiler], forcing Gabi into a cat and mouse game in the Found season 2 trailer

Found season 2 is going to be good! The NBC procedural arrived on the scene last year when there was a dearth of new scripted television on broadcast due to the Hollywood strikes. The near empty playing field gave the series from Nkechi Okoro Carroll (All American) a chance to find its footing without much competition. Now that it's sufficiently hooked us, we can strap in for a 22 episode season that's going to begin with quite the storyline!

The show's freshman run ended with Sir on the loose and Gabi's life beginning to fall apart as the people in her life learned that she'd been holding him hostage. Understandably, Lacey took it the hardest. The two women, bonded by trauma, are sisters. They went through the horror of being Sir's captives together but Gabi let Lacey believe he was out in the world rather than chained up in her basement.

Well, now he's free and we finally know what he's been up to! Sir's last scene was of him hiding in Lacey's closet, watching as she ignored Gabi's phone call. Thanks to the teaser trailer for the season, his plans for his former victim have been revealed. Check it out below:

Lacey seems to have been placed in the middle between Sir and Gabi. He's using her for his revenge, not for Gabi paying him back in kind for the time he stole from her as a teenager. No, due to his twisted obsession with her, that's not what he's upset about. As he says in the trailer, "I warned you not to end us." He's upset that she tried to sever their tie and that's not something he's going to countenance.

However, his need to be with her is likely what will be his undoing. She knows that helping the team solve their missing persons cases is important to him. Sir, as she puts it, believes that this is his purpose and that's going to be her lure. Do expect the devil himself to make an appearance at Gabi's firm just in time for him to run into Margaret.

It's up in the air whether Sir will go as far as killing, or attempting to kill, one of Gabi's loved ones but that leaves him plenty of room to do what he sees fit to bring the two of them closer together. At this point, anything is fair game to him since he's already kidnapped Lacey once again and has made sure Gabi's aware he has no qualms about wreaking havoc in her life.
