It has been a little over three months since the last new episode of Invincible season 2. But since the first part only features four episodes, it feels like it has been a lot longer than that! Not to mention, fans have been on the edge of their seats after that wild cliffhanger.

The first season of Invincible consists of eight episodes, with one new chapter streaming each week. Season 2 is also set to include eight episodes, but the season has been broken into two parts, each featuring four episodes. On Thursday, March 14, season 2 episode 5 will be available to stream on Prime Video for free as part of your subscription. Get ready, folks! Our patience for the second half of the season is about to be rewarded.
One new episode will join Prime Video each week on Thursdays up until the season 2 finale on April 4. Miss the show already? Not to worry! The streamer has already renewed the animated series. That's right, Invincible has been renewed for a third season. We're not at all surprised about the early renewal. When Invincible season 1 premiered, it was received with high praise from both critics and fans. A second and third season was ordered before the end of season 1.
Now, as far as when season 3 will premiere, your guess is as good as mine! The first season wrapped on April 29, 2021, and season 2 didn't arrive until Nov. 3, 2023, so we may be waiting anywhere from a year or two. We'll keep digging for details and update you as soon as we learn more!

Season 2 episode 5, "This Must Come As A Shock" -- March 14

Season 2 episode 6, "It's Not That Simple" -- March 21
"After two challenging missions, The Guardians of the Globe struggle to work as a team. Meanwhile, Mark tries to balance his hero duties, personal relationships, and his future as a college student."
Season 2 episode 7, "I'm Not Going Anywhere" --March 28
"As Mark attempts to salvage his personal life, a new villain arrives, presenting Invincible with his greatest challenge yet. Donald grapples with his past."
Season 2 episode 8, "I Thought You Were Stronger" -- April 4

The animated series follows Mark Grayson, a teen who struggles to balance his personal life and being part of a team of superheroes under the guidance of his father, Omni-Man, the most powerful being on the planet. Invincible was created by Robert Kirkman and is based on the comic series by Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley.
Steven Yeun voices Markus Sebastian "Mark" Grayson. The animated series also stars the voices of Sandra Oh and J.K. Simmons.
