It looks like Sheila's nine lives have run out on Bold and the Beautiful

Bold fans, it finally happened, Sheila Carter has met her end. I have to admit I'm hoping there's a twist down the line on The Bold and the Beautiful because Kimberlin Brown is excellent in the role. But on Feb. 26's episode of the soap, her character was laid low by Steffy Forrester after she snuck into the Cliff House on a mission to kill her daughter-in-law.

Sheila had set the perfect scene for herself. It was quite windy and dark. The power was shut off. She planned on surprising Steffy. However, Steffy spotted her shadow as she was looking for candles. Not talking, Sheila went after her but she got away and reached for the knife she'd been using moments earlier to make herself some dinner.

Strangely, Sheila didn't put up much of a fight during their altercation which has me suspicious but Steffy did stab her in the shoulder. The shocking moment ended with Sheila falling to the floor and coughing up blood until she died. Sheila's known for being the queen of comebacks, so while this is goodbye, it might only be for now. What we do know is that it's certainly being treated like a permanent death for the time being.

In an interview with TVInsider, Kimberlin Brown shared her feelings on Sheila's demise.

"Well, you know, it’s a tough place for me to be in right now; I’m not going to lie about this. I guess if anyone were going to take Sheila down, I’m happy it’s Steffy. I just wish that no one was taking Sheila down. It’s my happy place where I have been so blessed to be for over 35 years. But I’ve had a good run at it, so I’m one of the lucky ones, there’s no doubt about it."

Sheila will be pronounced dead by paramedics so this is not like her faked death where she made it seem like she'd had a tragic encounter with a bear with only one of her toes left at the scene to show she'd been at the camp site. With her death a significant plot point moving forward, you know The Bold and the Beautiful is going to have to answer just who it was she'd been meeting in secret. Since Sheila mentioned her other children recently on the soap, it's likely one of them. Meaning Finn could be meeting one of his siblings sometime soon.
