Maggie Bell won't be taking part in the case on FBI season 6, episode 11 "No One Left Behind," but don't be alarmed. This doesn't mean that Missy Peregrym is leaving the show (though we do think a cast exit may be coming!). The series is following through on a story that it seeded in episode 10, "Family Affair," when Maggie was struggling to balance the risks of the job with the grieving child she now has custody of.

In the close of the episode, OA spoke with Isobel about Maggie needing to take sometime. That's what he recommended because he was concerned that she wasn't in a place to carry out her duty effectively. As such, Maggie isn't doing case work this week on the series. Instead, she'll be taking a trip with Ella. TVLine reports that'll happen off-screen though so we won't be getting a glimpse at what the two are up to but it's good that Maggie will be taking the time she needs.

Zeeko Zaki, in his interview with the outlet, spoke to where that's left OA and Maggie considering his character was the one who pushed for her to take a break.

"As partners we’re very connected, so I think he made the right decision. You see with the characters on these shows, it feels like all they do is work, so I think a little time off is definitely very welcomed by her character. I really loved that moment [with Isobel]. "

Burnout in any line of work is disruptive but for the FBI agents it's dangerous. Maggie now has a chance to recenter and, as she does this, we will be learning more about OA's past in the Army. Each season has given us a bit of information about his time overseas fighting in Afghanistan, but we'll be getting a deep dive this episode because of the plot.

According to the synopsis, the case of the week centers on four Taliban members who've been shot. One, however, has been kidnapped in New York. There's no record of their entry into the U.S. and this is a highly political case. The stress from the situation and the stakes will lead OA to open up to his girlfriend, Gemma.

As always, we can expect an action packed episode of FBI. A description for the penultimate episode of season has yet to be released. However, we're likely to see Maggie make an appearance. We'll keep you posted if that's not the case. Stay tuned to Hidden Remote!
