Got any movie plans this weekend? Whether you want to head to your local movie theater or enjoy a movie from home, there's something for everyone! Last week, we only had four movies to feature, but this weekend is a lot more fruitful, coming to us with 10 movies, including Miller's Girl and The Underdoggs.

There are plenty of movies to watch this weekend, both in theaters and available to stream. Some are new premieres, but most are releases from earlier this month you may have missed. Here's a quick list of movies to watch this weekend.

  • Miller's Girl - Now in theaters
  • Badland Hunters - Streaming on Netflix
  • The Underdoggs - Streaming on Prime Video
  • You Hurt My Feelings - Streaming on Paramount+ (not a new release)
  • The Good Mother - Streaming on Hulu (not a new release)
  • Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom - Available to rent or purchase on Vudu
  • Wish - Available to rent or purchase on Vudu
  • Migration - Available to rent or purchase on Vudu
  • Ferrari - Available to rent or purchase on Vudu
  • Night Swim - Available to rent or purchase on Vudu

If you miss seeing Jenna Ortega on the big screen as much as I have, you'll be happy to know she stars in Miller's Girl, now playing in theaters. The movie follows the complicated relationship between a creative writing student and her teacher, Jonathan Miller (Martin Freeman).

As for streaming, there's plenty to watch from the comfort of your own home. A fresh new release is The Underdoggs, streaming on Prime Video. The movie follows Jaycen Jennings (Snoop Dogg), a former NFL player who reluctantly agrees to coach a youth football team. In addition to Snoop Dogg, The Underdoggs stars Tika Sumpter, Andrew Schulz, Mike Epps, Kal Penn, and others. Finally, several great movies are now available to rent or purchase on Vudu. These movies include Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, Wish, and Migration.

Which of these movies will you be checking out this weekend? Did we forget to add one you are excited about? January is known for being a rather uneventful year when it comes to movies, but hang in there! February is looking a lot more promising with Argylle, Lisa Frankenstein, and Madame Web on the way.
