Nepo baby Will Spencer lands a job on Bold and the Beautiful (Oct. 2, 2024)

Well, it looks like Will Spencer will be sticking around Los Angeles for quite a bit on The Bold and the Beautiful. Not only has the actor Crew Morrow been added to the soap's opening credits, but his character has landed a job, too.

Bill's youngest child is set to be *drum rolls* a Forrester intern! Did that catch you off guard? Then you must be behind on the goings on at the fashion firm because Katie Logan has been gently steering her son to follow in her footsteps. She floated the idea by him, tipped the company's COO Carter Walton off about it which prompted him to say some encouraging words, and the topic came up again on Wednesday, Oct. 2's episode.

At first, it seemed like Will was humoring his mom. He hasn't exactly shown any inclination that he has an interest in working in fashion let alone at Forrester Creations. But all it took was one conversation with someone around his age to change his tune. It should be noted, this wasn't an eye opening talk about the internship program or the benefits of working at FC. Oh no, nothing that practical. A model paid him some attention.

All it took was a pretty face, a smile, and a few words for Will to decide his mother's workplace is exactly where he needs to be. It helped that two more young women on separate occasions spoke to him and expressed interested in working together as well.

The sweet smell of nepotism really hit the air when Katie asked Forrester Creations' Co-CEO Steffy Forrester if she could do her a favor. She'd already run the internship idea past her son and hadn't checked to see if a spot was even open before she broached the topic with her boss but, lucky for her, they did have room in the program for Will thanks to Luna being incarcerated.

Katie was honest with Steffy about her son not knowing if the fashion firm is the right fit for him, so Steffy brought it up when she spoke to Will face-to-face. He assured her that he wants to work at FC, but the soap cut away from any follow-up questions that the Co-CEO might have had. A legit interview that was not and now Will has a job with no effort having to be done on his part when his only interest is talking to his beautiful co-workers.

His placement in the company though does set the stage for him to run into Electra Forrester when she comes to town. While Will is being written as a young man delighted to be getting to know the glittering fish in the sea, Electra's appearance may have him focusing on one romantic prospect instead of several. Laneya Grace makes her first appearance in the role on Tuesday, Oct. 22.
