Of all Sheila Carter's children, Mary is the most likely to make an appearance on Bold and the Beautiful

While Sheila Carter is dead on The Bold and the Beautiful (for now, this is a soap so it can always be walked back), there's still a loose tie hanging in the plot. We still don't know why she was disappearing every now and again to meet someone from her past. She didn't share with Deacon who that person was and, unless the writers fill us in, we may never know. All we can do is speculate. But it doesn't seem like a coincidence that prior to her death Sheila brought up that she has other children.

The moment happened during her altercation with Steffy at the apartment she shares with Deacon, and it came on the heels of the reveal that he'd been concerned about not knowing where she is when she disappears. Sure, we could guess that she might have been up to no good but there's no reason to believe that since Sheila had been minding her business and doing her best to prove that she's changed.

So, if she wasn't in kahoots with someone then perhaps she was mending fences. It's possible that her engagement to Deacon and her inability to connect with Finn the way she wanted prompted Sheila to reach out to one of her kids that has a history on The Bold and the Beautiful. I'm talking about Mary Warwick, though if you started watching the soap in the 2000s you'd know her as Erica Lovejoy.

Mary is Sheila's first born child and is the daughter of her ex-husband, James Warwick. As a teen she'd set her sights on Rick Forrester, and Sheila was determined to help her get the man of her dreams. This eventually led to the death of Lance, a young man Sheila paid to drug and sleep with Rick's wife, and Erica's idol, Amber Forrester. When he threatened to tell, she released bees into his apartment with the intent on killing him via his known allergy to the insect's venom.

Sheila's relationship with her daughter broke down after this event and her arrest for shooting Taylor Forrester. However, per Cheat Sheet, they rekindled a semblance of a bond in 2017 after Sheila blackmailed Mary's father, James. Perhaps, seven years down the road, the two were meeting in-person so that they could start on cultivating a healthier mother-daughter relationship. Or so that Mary might attend Sheila's wedding one day.

Regardless of what reason the writers might concoct for Mary's presence in Los Angeles, if they do choose to bring her back, out of all her children she's the one who has been referenced before. Diana Carter hasn't been seen on the soap since she was an infant. Also, she's technically Ridge's sister since they supposedly share Massimo Marone as a biological father, and I don't think Bold and the Beautiful is going to add one more limb to its already complicated family tree. After all, Diana would be Finn's sister as well. Ridge sharing a sibling with his son-in-law, put simply, needs to be left off-screen.

As for Daisy and Ryder Carter, they wreaked havoc on The Young and the Restless back in 2009, though they do have a connection to Bold outside of Sheila. Back when Deacon was on the daytime program's sister series, he and Ryder ran cons together. At the time he wasn't aware Ryder was Sheila's son and there's no been no indication he knows that information now. Since the soap is only just acknowledging Sheila's other children it makes more sense for a child who spent at least sometime on Bold to make an appearance as an adult.

We'll keep you posted on whether one of Sheila's children actually does show up in Los Angeles. Stay tuned to Hidden Remote!
