SNL watch guide: Don't miss Dakota Johnson's episode with musical guest Justin Timberlake
By Sandy C.
Last week, on Jan. 20, Jacob Elordi hosted the NBC hit sketch comedy with musical guest Reneé Rapp. It was a lot of fun watching the actor stretch his comedy chops, as we are used to seeing Elordi take on serious roles. Up next, we have Dakota Johnson hosting Saturday Night Live with musical guest Justin Timberlake.
This will be Johnson's second time hosting SNL, so we already know the talented actress knows how to have fun on the show. Johnson has starred in several films in recent years, including Cha Cha Real Smooth and The Lost Daughter. Most recently, however, Johnson takes on the role of Cassandra Webb aka Madame Web, in the upcoming Marvel picture, Madame Web. The movie is in theaters on Feb. 14, just in time for Valentine's Day.
Madame Web is a movie we have been super excited about, so we're wondering if Johnson will tease any details about it or if NBC will debut a new teaser trailer.
As for the musical guest, we have the one and only Justin Timberlake. The singer-songwriter and actor has been keeping busy busy. Most notably, Timberlake dived into voice acting, bringing to life the lovable character of Branch from the DreamWorks franchise Trolls. Timberlake will also celebrate the release of his sixth studio album, titled Everything I Thought I Was, on March 15. A single from the album, titled "Selfish," was released earlier this week to mixed reviews.
Timberlake will more than likely perform "Selfish," but what other song would you like to hear? Will he share another song from his upcoming album or give us a throwback? We'll have to tune in to find out! Now, here's how to watch.
