Did Staton 19's Theo survive during Grey's Anatomy?
The penultimate episode of Station 19 left us with questions about two firefighters. One of those we knew would head to Grey Sloan Memorial. The Grey’s Anatomy season 20 finale focused on saving Theo.

Theo was rushed to the hospital. As Bailey head that a firefighter was coming in, she immediately worried. Owen put her mind at ease as he said it was Theo. Focus could be on saving him.
The fallen tree did more than just cause a broken pelvis. Teddy—who was able to keep privileges at the hospital because Owen called Catherine out on her power trip—had to perform surgery in the middle of the hallway to save him at first.
Did Bailey and Teddy manage to save Theo in Grey’s Anatomy?
The problem with Ben being back out in the wildfire, it meant that Bailey was far too focused on her phone. She worried too much about Ben—which wasn’t surprising considering Ben’s words made it feel like he knew something bad was going to happen. Bailey did end up stepping out of the OR, but that left Teddy on her own.
Sure, Link was there and they were surrounded by interns and residents, but would it be enough to save Theo? Teddy didn’t want to give any updates until there was some good news.
In the end, we did get some good news. Teddy shared that Theo was stable. Of course, we still have the Station 19 series finale to go and that could deliver some bad news, but for now, we’ll take the win. One (former) member of Station 19 is safe after the incident in the wildfires. Now we just have to worry about Maya, who was last seen trapped in the fire.
