Now that the most recent season of The Bachelor is over, fans are dying to know whether our leading man, Joey Graziadei, and his final pick, Kelsey Anderson, are still together after everything is said and done. Fortunately for Bachelor Nation, the two lovebirds are happier than ever and absolutely want the world to know that the long journey to find love was 100% worth it.

"This is only the beginning" is a statement that most Bachelor couples feel after finally getting together. However, sometimes, the beginning phase (or the honeymoon phase) is as far as these couples get.

While we don't know how long Joey and Kelsey will last, we do know that this couple is just one of the very few who are still together to this very day.

Curious to know which other couples stood against the test of time? Or perhaps you want to take a trip down memory lane and look at how far we've come since our most recent season of The Bachelor? If so, read on to learn all about the winners and runner-ups of the entire Bachelor franchise!

The Bachelor couples still together

From leaving contestants high and dry at the altar to walking down the aisle with the love of their lives, every leading man in The Bachelor franchise went on to be memorable in some way.

Let's take a look at all the leading men from the very beginning (Per the Bachelor wiki)!

Season 1

Lead: Alex Michel
Winner: Amanda Marsh
Runner-up: Trista Rehn

Virginia native Alex Michel kicked off the entire Bachelor franchise by being the first leading man ever. Michel was nothing short of a heartthrob, as he had everyone in his season (and everyone in America) swooning over the complete package that he was. However, even though everything looked put together on the outside, Michel's inside proved to be in a whirlwind.

Even though he was the first bachelor, Alex Michel changed the game of The Bachelor, as he didn't mind admitting he wasn't ready to be married and, instead, chose not to propose to his final pick, Amanda Marsh. Michel and Marsh dated for a while, but broke it off not too long after.

Season 13

Lead: Jason Mesnick
Winner: Melissa Rycroft
Runner-up: Molly Malaney

Jason Mesnick was a tad confused after he finished his season of The Bachelor, as the person he thought was the final pick for him turned out to not be what he wanted in his wife. Instead, he revealed not too long after the finale that he broke things off with his initial winner, Melissa Rycroft, and decided to date the runner-up, Molly Malaney.

Mesnick's choice was met with tons of controversy at first. However, it seems to be a good thing that the couple stuck to their beliefs, as they are still together as a happy couple to this very day.

Season 22

Lead: Arie Luyendyk Jr.
Winner: Becca Kufrin
Runner-up: Lauren Burnham

Arie Luyendyk Jr. is a classic case of why it's important to listen to your gut. We just wish he didn't follow his gut in a way that had all of America holding its breath!

Luyendyk Jr.'s season of The Bachelor initially ended with a proposal to Becca Kufrin. To America, the two seemed to be the perfect couple that would go on to have their happily ever after. Yet, when Luyendyk Jr. thought about his future a little longer, he didn't see Kurfin in the picture. Rather, he saw himself building a future with runner-up, Lauren Burnham.

Taking back a proposal has proven to be one of the most shocking twists in the entire Bachelor franchise. But it's safe to say that Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s double-mindedness led to a fulfilled life with his wife and their two adorable twin daughters!

Season 17

Lead: Sean Lowe
Winner: Catherine Giudici
Runner-up: Lindsay Yenter

Unlike Jason Mesnick, Sean Lowe seemingly immediately knew who he wanted to be his wife when he first laid eyes on her, which is why he and his final pick, Catherine Giudici, are still together and are falling more and more in love every year.

Lowe has always been somewhat of a hopeless romantic, often putting his heart above his head. Even so, we're more than happy to see that his pursuit of eternal love in the past led him to celebrate infinite Valentine's Days with his lovely wife. Here's to many more!

Season 25

Lead: Matt James
Winner: Rachel Kirkconnell
Runner-up: Michelle Young

Matt James had one of the most controversial seasons of The Bachelor ever, as his final pick, Rachel Kirkconnell, had a racially insensitive past that needed to be addressed. Because of how much attention Kirkconnell's past had, James saw it best to break things off with his final pick until things cooled off. However, once the fire died down, the two got back together.

James' Instagram is filled to the brim of pictures of his boo, so it's safe to say that the two are sticking together through thick and thin!

Season 27

Lead: Zach Shallcross
Winner: Kaity Biggar
Runner-up: Gabi Elnicki

Undoubtedly, the most recent seasons of The Bachelor don't have the best reputations, as these couples don't always seem to be in it for the love, which is why they often break up only months after just getting together.

Fortunately, breaking up so soon doesn't seem to be the case for Zach Shallcross and Gabi Elnicki because these two adorable individuals are birds of a feather!

Shallcross and Elnicki had a pretty untraditional season of The Bachelor, as Shallcross initially chose Kaity Biggar as his final pick. But, as time went on, he decided that he and his runner-up, Gabi Elnicki, would be a better fit.

We're hoping his decision pays off and he becomes one of the very few new-generation leads that are still with their picks! Only time will tell!

Season 28

Lead: Joey Graziadei
Winner: Kelsey Anderson
Runner-up: Daisy Kent

And we come back full circle to our most recent Bachelor couple, Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson.

Graziadei's path had a couple of upsets, including (but not limited to) having to deal with sisters who both wanted him at one point, eliminating women who were only there for a good time, and being a mediator in a drama so confusing we're not even sure if Sydney Gordon or Maria Georgas know what happened. However, all this paled in comparison to Daisy Kent, one of the final two picks, choosing to leave.

Fortunately, it seems fate worked out for Graziadei, as Daisy seeing herself out means that Cupid was working overtime to have he and Kelsey Anderson together.

Again, with the current state of recent Bachelor couples, we're hoping that Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson stay together for a while. So far, so good, though!

Hopefully, the next bachelor will join this list with his partner! Until then, be sure to catch previous seasons of The Bachelor on Hulu!
