Each episode will run approximately 45 minutes (without commercials) and consist of interviews, lifestyle, and philanthropic segments. The latter focuses on ordinary people and First Responders making a vast and positive difference in others' lives.

As one who tries to spread kindness daily, I find the philanthropy segment a must-watch because it teaches the value of giving and raising awareness and recognition of local nonprofits.
