The test results are in! Bill Spencer is Luna's father on Bold and the Beautiful

It's finally happened! Bill Spencer has a daughter on The Bold and the Beautiful. Sure, we all thought that one day he'd been handed a bundle of joy, but it's on brand for him to learn that he has an adult child years down the road. Like Liam and Wyatt before her, Luna Nozawa grew up without Bill in her life. Her mother, Poppy, knew that it was a possibility the man she'd had one magical night with at a music festival could be Luna's dad, but she never contacted him.

Poppy's repeated reason for not saying anything was because she was afraid to lose her daughter. Bill didn't get in touch with her like he was supposed to after their encounter. When she realized she was pregnant, Poppy decided that she was going to take on the responsibility herself and not worry about seeing who Luna's father could be. Fast forward 20 years later, she and Luna bumped into Bill at Il Giardino which set this whole plot into motion.

Initially, Poppy denied that Bill could be Luna's dad. When he asked, she rejected the possibility. She did the same when Luna asked. It was disappointing to hear for both of them but then Poppy walked back what she said. Due to her and Bill getting closer, she told the truth. She explained that she was scared of being looked at as a gold digger and that she didn't want him to think of her as a woman after his money. But Poppy loves Bill, so she felt she couldn't keep denying that Luna might be his, once he asked her again.

She'd planned for the paternity test to be taken with only herself, Bill, and Luna present but when her sister, Li, heard what was going on she came charging over to the Spencer Estate to administer the test herself. As a licensed physician, and a woman convinced her sister has ulterior motives, Li conducted the test to make sure it wasn't tampered with. But, she was in for a shock. The test showed that Luna is Bill's daughter.

The positive results were what we all suspected, but it was still nice to have confirmation that Luna is the latest addition to the Spencer family. Bill is ecstatic about the news, so we expect he's going to settle in nicely as a Girl Dad. Liam will likely welcome his little sister with open arms. Katie, however, may end up struggling with this revelation. She was already falling prey to the green-eyed monster, and with Li warning her about Poppy, it's possible Katie might rain on this parade.

For now though, we can be happy that both Bill and Luna have the answer they were looking for as it doesn't seem like The Bold and the Beautiful is going to throw in a plot twist where something ran afoul and he's not her father. Stay tuned to Hidden Remote for more news and coverage!
