After months of waiting, we can finally breathe a sigh of relief that both NCIS shows are back! On Monday, Feb. 12, the premiere episodes of both NCIS and NCIS: Hawaii will be airing, bringing us back to a sense of normalcy when it comes to watching our favorite agents solving crimes. So when and how can you watch the episodes?

Starting with NCIS, the season 21 premiere will pick up after the confrontation Agent Nick Torres has with the man responsible for hurting his family years previously. In the episode, "Algún Diía," Torres will be accused of murder after the man is found dead. It will be up to the team to determine his guilt or innocence.

How and when to watch the NCIS and NCIS: Hawaii season premiere episodes

So far, we’ve seen a sneak peek from the episode. In the sneak peek, Torres is under arrest while the team watches, helpless to do much as they are in shock over the charges. While we do not know how things will play out, we do know the second episode of the season will focus on a tribute to Doctor Donald “Ducky” Mallard.

The season 21 premiere episode of NCIS will air on Feb. 12, at 9 p.m. ET on CBS. You can watch the episode the next day on Paramount+.

As for NCIS: Hawaii, the episode will see the appearance of Sam Hanna from the now canceled NCIS: Los Angeles. He is in Hawaii to see if Jane Tennant is ready to go back to work after the events of the season 2 finale.

In the synopsis for the episode "Run and Gun," we learn Tennant has passed her medical and psych evaluations. However, she "is surprised to see Sam Hanna conducting her final interview to clear her return to work. Also, when the team discovers a breach in the U.S. Marshal's database, Sam joins Tennant in Las Vegas to locate the hacker." The episode will premiere following NCIS at 10 p.m. ET. It will also be available on Paramount+ the following day.

We are looking forward to another year with our favorite teams, even though it is likely the seasons will run shorter due to the late start in the year. In any case, we’re excited to finally see how the seasons begin to shape the characters’ journeys for their respective seasons.
