What's on broadcast tonight? ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, The CW (Oct. 7, 2024)
It’s a night of drama, reality TV, and more tonight, Monday, Oct. 7. Here’s a look at the five big broadcast networks to see what’s on TV.
Next week is when Fall TV is back in full swing. The CBS premieres happen, and we’ll have to decide what we’re watching live and what we’ll watch on streaming the following day. Of course, there’s the DVR, and if you’re anything like me, that’s what you go for so you can skip through all the ads.
There are still a few big shows on tonight. NBC has it’s usual line up, ending with Brilliant Minds, with Steve Howey guest starring in a heart-wrenching episode. ABC also kicks off the night with a two-night special of Dancing with the Stars. FOX has you covered with a night of rescue drama.
Notable shows on broadcast tonight
There are a few notable mentions throughout the night. Of course, Brilliant Minds is one of them. We’re still learning a lot about Dr. Wolf, and in this episode, we learn that he offers medical help to bikers in return for bike repairs. Well, he’s about to get a house call, but this one turns into something much bigger. Wyatt, the biker who goes to see him for a gunshot wound, has memory loss and other issues that are signs of a much bigger problem, and Wolf wants to get to the bottom of it.
The CW has a two-hour premiere of Superman & Lois. This is the start of the final season, and fans will not want to miss out. This network is not going to feel the same without any CWverse shows left after this one. It’s already feeling off!
The third part of the chlorine gas drama takes place in 911: Lone Star tonight. Tommy, T.K., and Nancy will find themselves trapped in a school with the gas leaking in. Tommy is ready for the end, sending a message that Judd needs to look after her girls. This is going to have a lasting impact, especially with her storyline with Trevor right now.
