Why was Dahn the only one not attacked in the Found season 2 premiere?

The Found season 2 premiere picked up off the back of the season 1 finale. Gabi realized her rat poison was gone, and she knew that meant danger for the M&A team. However, one team member seemed to avoid the danger.

During the finale, Lacey’s dog was sick. It took to the end of the episode to find out that someone had poisoned the dog. As we learned that, Gabi found her rat poison missing. Sir had taken it while leaving the house, but it wasn’t just to poison the dog.

He wants to kill the entire M&A team. Only Dhan picked up the phone, and he was able to stop Margaret from eating the poisoned sandwich at the bus station. He didn’t get to Zeke in time to stop him drinking his poisoned drink, but he did get there to get Zeke to the hospital.

After a beat, everyone realized that while Margaret and Zeke were poisoned and Lacey was taken, nothing happened to Dhan. Why?

Dhan’s husband’s credit cards were used in Found season 2

Sir is playing a long game. Once realizing that Dhan hadn’t been poisoned, the M&A team found out that Dhan’s husband’s credit cards had been used to rent three short-term vacation homes. This helps Gabi and her (not so close) team to narrow down the search.

It would suggest that Dhan wasn’t targeted with the poison because Ethan was the target for the cards. But it still doesn’t make sense.

Does this mean Dhan is in on it with Sir? No, I don’t think that. Instead, I think Sir knows that Dhan helped Gabi track him down and abduct him. Sir really wants Gabi to suffer, but he also wants Dhan to suffer. He wants Dhan to worry about Ethan more than himself. Zeke and Margaret don’t have anyone else all that much, and they are a way to play with Gabi’s mind. Dhan’s involvement in the abduction of Sir means that Sir wants some sort of revenge.

It's also worth noting that Trent wasn’t poisoned or attacked either. That’s likely to happen in the near future, but Sir had to go for the easier targets, and they were Margaret and Zeke.
