Following the new setup for Tracker compared to episodes 1-3, episode 4 focuses on a little dash of Reenie and the team while focusing heavily on Colter’s case. During the case, the office team helps out Colter while finding their home roots.

Randy calls Colter to let him know they are still officeless because the last office had undisclosed mold. Mel helps Reenie with her day plan and the upcoming office tour. I love their connections; it is so easy, flowing, and chill. By the end of the episode, Reenie has some big news for Randy and Mel. Reenie saw an office, had wine with the landowner, and signed the lease on the spot. Now, they have a place of their own. It has history and needs some TLC. It also has a vault. The team finally has an official home.

Colter got a missing woman’s case that turned spiritual manipulation real fast. Disney Channel fans will notice a familiar face as Brian Stepanek (Arwin from Suite Life of Zack and Cody) steps into a sinister role in the missing woman case.

In Danville, Utah, a young woman on a swing in the park hears a distant sound and gets up to investigate. A hooded man comes out of the brush and tells her not to run. He grabs her, and she screams.

Randy called about the missing woman, Nicole Dunning (the woman from the park). Colter heads over to meet with Rory Dunning, her father. They are at Nicole's apartment, where she lives alone. She missed her dad's birthday dinner; her dad got worried when Nicole wasn't answering. He drove straight to her apartment, and when she wasn't there, he went out looking. She's also an only child and so worried and scared about her.

Colter walks the apartment and fields questions. Rory last spoke to her yesterday afternoon and said she'd be late but then disappeared. They find her phone in her apartment, even though in the beginning she was in a park last. Before she went missing, her dad was a little concerned about whether she was going to a work thing or not. Then, Colter finds a cupcake box with a note in the trash, and her dad knows it wasn't about work after all. Colter is going to start right away and be in touch.

Randy has no dice on Nicole's car but on her phone and the cupcake sender. Colter arrives at Steven Jones' house, and his kid opens the door. Steven says he doesn't know who Colter is talking about and has the wrong person. Until he threatens to tell his wife, Steven finally tells him he had something with Nicole before. Nicole kept calling yesterday, and they had plans to meet last night at the park. They met and agreed to end it. Then he drove back home. He tells Steven to lie if he has to so he can see the park where they met.

They arrive at the park and walk to the location where they met up. Colter finds Nicole's bracelet from Steven, and he shows her where she was parked last night. Her car is gone, and no one has heard from her. Colter lets Steven find his own way back as he follows the theories and clues of what could have happened to Nicole. He drives a bit and sees a blue car getting towed. The back is smashed in, and the plates are stripped. Whoever had it hurt the gas station’s employee to the point of almost killing Fernando. She drove in fast; the guy came in looking terrible (the one that came out of the bushes). A camper truck ran into her car, knocking Fernando out. Most likely that big guy in a hoodie took both Nicole and the guy she was trying to help.

Colter heads to where the tiger logo is on the camper van. Mel says one of the things in Nicole's backseat is from a hospital to track treatment, so Reenie makes a call to see if they can help Colter further as he tracks down the tiger logo club. He tells the woman there that he's looking for a camper van that had the sticker on his window. The woman gives him the name of the possible man who owns the camper, a man named Tate. She tells him to come back and let her know if he finds Nicole. He goes to Tate’s address and finds a camper van in front with the tiger logo on the window. Plus, a broken headlight from the accident last night.

The front door to the house it's parked in front of is locked, but Colter does his trick and walks in. Gun raised, he searches the house. No one is home as he pushes into a closet and finds a skeleton in a jumpsuit. It's Tate's body. Whoever took his van and took over his house also took his life. There are cuffs and his ID. He's already in the basement, and it looks like a fire once happened there. Randy tells Colter to get out of the basement as he walks back upstairs to look at the checks that guy, Elias Williams, was cashing.

He opens a wardrobe and finds a camcorder with a video on it. Beside a church service, there's a video of the boy from the park being held in the basement. Randy finds out that Elias has been cashing those checks for years. Elias is Tate's stepson. Randy sends Colter to a storage unit for Elias and finds him there.

Colter nearly gets run over by someone in a van. The woman driving is furious that he took Nicole, and someone is searching for her. Elias hits her, but she doesn't back down and says she'll crash the van if he ever hits her again. Now they have to figure out how to make all of this go away and get rid of Nicole. Elias wants to keep Nicole so she can serve them. If people come looking, they'll put her in a hole and bury her up.

Randy gets Elias' location. Reenie gets the boy's name, Jason Williams, and he is Elias and Carol's son. They made him drink bleach (that video on the cam recorder) to cleanse him, which led him to the ER and to have that sticker on his hoodie. Since Nicole tried to help him, they took her, too. In the van, Nicole chokes Carol and causes them to flip. Colter catches up to them. All the doors are wide open as he approaches the van. Blood and glass are on the road; the trailer leads away from the van. Carol is dead in the driver's seat. Nicole and Jason run from Elias as he calls after Jason to stop running. They are all badly hurt as they run through the woods.

Colter goes into the woods after them and follows the blood trail. Meanwhile, Nicole is encouraging Jason to keep going as Elias closes in on them. Jason knows Elias will never let him go, and she can get away from them. Jason is praying when Elias finds him as he apologizes to Elias. He tells him Nicole left and points where she went so his father will forgive him. He knocks him down instead. Nicole comes out of nowhere and hits Elias for hurting Jason. A three-way fight ends when Colter comes out of nowhere and kicks Elias to the ground. Colter saves two lives from wicked people.

They take Jason to the hospital, and Rory reunites with his daughter. Nicole saved Jason, and Colter saved them both. Rory raised a strong daughter who did the right thing even when it was hard. Reenie lets Colter know that Jason was pulled out of school at six and held in the basement. An estranged aunt is ready to take Jason in.

Reenie saw an office, had wine with the landowner, and signed the lease on the spot. Now, they have a place of their own. It has history and needs some TLC. It also has a vault. The team finally has an official home.

Colter’s love interest, Jenna, makes a parts delivery to his camper stop. It's the truck seat for his dad's truck. For once, he has nowhere to be after finishing up his recent job. He brings up the dinner they never got to go to and tells her about the diner up the road. They head that way.
