Sunday nights are packed with original content. Take a look at everything you can watch across broadcast TV tonight, Sunday, March 23.

There is something airing on all the networks tonight. CBS and NBC are packed with their scripted shows, while ABC is full of reality TV and FOX has its Animation Domination lineup. Then there’s The CW with a movie. So, what is worth watching live, what’s worth recording, and what will air throughout the night?

4 shows to watch and 1 to skip tonight, Sunday, March 23

It’s usually possible to fit the three hours of primetime and then an extra half-hour in on Sunday nights. That’s why we’re suggesting four shows to watch, since you can record one and watch it as soon as primetime is over for the night.

Start off with The Americas tonight on NBC. Tom Hanks narrates a look at a baby bear struggling with a hard terrain and lizards battle for territory in their home. This is a raw look at nature, which can be difficult for some, but it’s important to remember what wildlife really deals with and why we need to do our part to look after it.

Then switch over to CBS for a new episode of Watson. In the new episode, John Watson will finally realize that someone is potentially making him sicker than he really is. The case of the week involves a woman who loses her memory every three minutes, and we’re sure to see Watson and his team want to get to the bottom of that mystery.

Switch back to NBC for the next hour, because Grosse Pointe Garden Society definitely needs our support! We’ll start to see how Birdie and Joel’s relationship takes a turn toward something more sexual in the new episode. Meanwhile, Brett and Alice struggle with their relationship, as they both figure out what they want and understand the dynamic.

Record Family Guy and watch that straight after primetime ends for the night. Brian and Quagmire successfully land a plane, leading to a press tour for the both of them. Of course, that’s sure to bring its own problems considering the way Quagmire acts.

What’s worth skipping? How about Tracker? The series is great, but it’s already been renewed, so there’s no need to actually watch live right now. Catch up on Paramount+ the following day and help support the shows that need the good linear ratings right now.
