It’s a TGIT takeover as usual on ABC. What about other broadcast networks? There’s plenty to watch tonight, Thursday, Oct. 24.
ABC is opting for a Halloween week of TGIT. There are some Halloween-focused moments in 911 and Doctor Odyssey, which makes it clear that the network is taking a night off from new episodes next week, on actual Halloween.
Taking Halloween night off makes sense. It’s a night that people want to go out trick-or-treating with the kids rather than stay in and watch TV.
Doctor Odyssey, Ghosts, and more
Doctor Odyssey’s episode is literally titled “Halloween Week,” as we know the cruise ship has themed weeks. That was something Max had to quickly get used to! This week will get a little too scary for the people on the ship as there’s a plague that breaks out, turning people into zombies. There’s no where to escape to in the middle of the ocean!
If you’re looking at other networks and want a bit of comedy, CBS has you covered. Ghosts airs a new episode tonight, and we’ll get to meet Sam’s dad. He comes to visit Woodstone Manor, and he brings a female friend. Patience is going to test the father-daughter relationship, which is already strained as we know from some of the things Sam has said about her family.
For those who love reality TV, FOX has you covered tonight. There are new episodes of Hell’s Kitchen and Crime Scene Kitchen. The latter sees Ravi Patel guest judge, with four families looking to impress him with their creations.
