There are some changes to the regular lineup tonight, Thursday, Nov. 21. Here’s a look at what you can watch tonight on the broadcast networks.

We are getting to that time of year when the shows go off the air for a bit. This is partly due to scheduling needs, but mostly due to production needs and linear ratings. People don’t watch TV during the holiday season all that much, so it’s safer for the networks to take the time off. This also allows the cast and crews of various shows to take time off from filming and start back up in the new year.

TGIT fall finales, CBS reruns, and more

The most notable part of TV tonight is all about TGIT on ABC. All three shows will air their fall finales tonight, Thursday, Nov. 21. That means we’re going into a lengthy break, with the three shows not returning until March 2025.

Things are tense for the 118 as 911 season 8 kicks off the night of fall finales. There’s a massive pipe explosion in the streets of LA, and people are trapped in their cars. One is filling up with water as a victim remains trapped, and it’s up to Eddie to find a way to get her out and stop her from bleeding out while others figure out a way to drain the car!

Meanwhile, lives are on the line outside of the hospital in Grey’s Anatomy. Jo and Lucas run an errand for ice at the local convenience store in the middle of a heatwave. Things take a scary turn when that same convenience store is held at gunpoint. Meanwhile, the other interns need to figure out how to help Mika as she grieves the loss of her sister, Chloe.

CBS has a night of reruns and Christmas specials. Things start off with Nugget Is Dead? A Christmas Story, which tells the story of a beloved family dog called Nugget. When he falls sick over the Christmas holidays, Steph needs to abandon all plans to take care of her fur baby. This means missing out on Christmas with her boyfriend’s family. Will Nugget make it through the holiday season?

After that, it’s a rerun of Georgie and Mandy’s First Marriage and Ghosts.

All other networks have a normal night of TV. Take a look at everything that airs tonight.
