Before MTV’s hit drama ‘Teen Wolf signs off for good, join us in taking a look at the 10 characters we’re dying to see back in Beacon Hills this season!

Last summer, Teen Wolf‘s annual trip to San Diego Comic-Con took an unexpectedly somber turn when it was revealed that the series upcoming sixth season would serve as the final chapter in the series run.

More from Hidden Remote

Teen Wolf has been an extraordinary journey, one that captured the hearts and imaginations of fans more than we could’ve ever imagined,” showrunner and executive producer Jeff Davis commented of the decision back in July. “We’re eternally grateful for the support we’ve received over these past six years and we’re excited to take our brave fans on one last, thrilling adventure.”

Following the news, speculation began to run rampant about whether the show would find a way to bring back the character’s who have left us over the years. Unfortunately, MTV has been a bit stingy in the guest department this far this season. Sure we’ve welcomed back the likes of Peter Hale, Theo and will soon catch up with Scott’s father, but what about characters such as Colton Haynes’ Jackson Whittemore or Tyler Hoechlin’s Derek Hale who were crucial parts of the series and its central storylines and then suddenly, with basically no notice, disappeared never to be seen again?

We can’t help but wonder when/if any of the numerous characters that mysteriously disappeared along the way might finally return to Beacon Hills to join Scott and his pack for one last battle (or to stir up a little trouble) while finally giving fans  the closure they deserve before Episode 100 rolls around and we leave Beacon Hills behind for good.

Join us now as we count down the ten Teen Wolf characters that we would love to see return to Beacon Hills for one last adventure before MTV closes the book on its breakout hit!
