Chrissy Metz feels the same way about ‘This Is Us’ as we do

"It’s overwhelming. Its so much more than acting, its like why were put here on the planet — to relate to each other, to learn from each other. It’s so cool to do it in a way that I can be proud of what I’m apart of and just enlighten."

"The show is opening peoples hearts and minds and discussions about what people are really going through. It’s really about getting to the core of the issues and how we can learn and grow from them."
