General Hospital spoilers: Sam and Liz both know secrets that could destroy relationships-Will they spill them?
Two women know secrets about each other, but they may not be able to keep them for very long.
The earthquake that happened on General Hospital last week brought out some amazing moments between the residents of Port Charles. However, two secrets were revealed during the shake up that were meant to be kept, at least for now. Both could affect their lives in a big way.
Keeping secrets
The first revelation came when Sam finally told Jason that she never stopped loving him. She is keeping that secret between her and Jason for now. However, there is someone else who now knows the truth.

Elizabeth had words with Jason about Franco right before Sam showed up. She walked away as JaSam started talking. Unfortunately for them, Liz chose that moment to go back because she had more to say to Jason. Sam and her former husband were chatting about her declaration of love for him right when Liz was approaching. Of course, they had no idea that she was there.

The second secret involves the man Liz is in love with. Sam and Drew now know Franco’s secret that he has been keeping from Liz, thanks to Jim Harvey who spilled his conversation with Franco. He told the couple that he remembers Franco pushing Drew down the stairs when they were kids.
Will they or won’t they?
Sam and Elizabeth both know secrets that could ruin the other person’s life. Will they keep the secrets to themselves? Liz may just go running to Drew to tell him what she overheard. She is upset with Jason after all, and she and Sam have had their history of animosity between them. Many General Hospital fans are pretty sure that she will go straight to Drew to tell him what she knows. However, it could be that she keeps quiet. But what about Sam?

Co-headwriter of General Hospital, Shelly Altman, confirmed to ABC Soaps in Depth that Liz finally learns the secret that Franco has been keeping from her. Unfortunately, he is not the one to spill the beans. Altman dished that she hears it from someone else. The most likely candidate is Sam. Of course, it could come from Drew since he knows as well, but he will be busy confronting Franco.

It could be that these two women will have a confrontation about what Liz just overheard and that’s when Sam spills what Harvey told them. But will Elizabeth also run to Drew to spill what she knows about Sam’s declaration of love for Jason?
