MTV reveals Ex on the Beach trailer with other reality tv personalities

MTV’s new series Ex on the Beach begins a social experiment with other reality television stars searching for love – while dealing with their old flames.

MTV UK has been known to find success with the long running series (where it also originated) but now MTV is bringing the popular series to the US with a few familiar faces. Under the guise of being on a filmed vacation for singles to find love, they will learn that their past relationships are no longer in the past as they move in with the exes and chaos seemingly commences.
We see glimpses of people like Cory Wharton, an MTV regular from The Real World and The Challenge, but MTV makes the smart decision to cast outside of the standard MTV pool with Vanderpump Rules star Faith Stowers or Bad Girls Club alum Angela Babicz who have made great TV in their own respective series.
If that isn’t enough, we even continue to see the integration of Big Brother and The Bachelor contestants appearing on the cast, proving there will be something for all reality TV fans to enjoy. After MTV decided to recruit UK-based stars and Big Brother alum for the current season of MTV’s The Challenge: Vendettas, it seems like they want to bring many different personalities to the network that has consistently provided viewers with drama, competition, love connections and pure entertainment.

MTV’s Ex on the Beach will be a 10 episode first season with an hour-long premiere, set to premiere April 19 on MTV.
