iZombie: Are we about to see the return of The Chaos Killer?

Season 4 of iZombie has been completely different from its previous seasons but are we about to see the return of a familiar face, The Chaos Killer?

Full credit to the iZombie team. They have gone all out with season 4, completely flipping the table around by making the world aware that zombies exist and creating a new world order in Seattle. It’s fresh, it’s new and it has certainly grabbed our attention.

Yet with all the new we still have all our favorites. Liv making brain meals, the weird and wacky personalities, Ravi is being just as eccentric as ever. The list goes on and on. One thing we haven’t seen for a while is Lillywhite as The Chaos Killer. But is that all about to change? Is The Chaos Killer about to return to iZombie?

The Chaos Killer

A quick trip down memory lane everyone: The Chaos Killer is the name that was given to the serial killer that was going about in Seattle. This was before the world learned of zombies and the days of Vaughn Du Clark. Vaughn wanted rid of all zombies so convinces Lillywhite to kill them.

He never did kill any of them. Lillywhite just knocked them out and stuffed them into a big chest freezer. As the investigation of the disappearing people went on, Lillywhite was suspected and labeled as The Chaos Killer. It was cleared up in the end but the nickname never left him.

Is The Chaos Killer about to return?

Now, in season 4 of iZombie, the nickname has returned. While working under the orders of Fillmore-Graves, Lillywhite shut down a newspaper company by terrorizing the employees and shooting up the place. As this was all playing out one employee couldn’t help but shout out how she expected nothing else from The Chaos Killer.

Which brings up an interesting point? Are we about to see Lillywhite become The Chaos Killer? The time before he acted under the orders of Vaughn Du Clark and, although he didn’t actually go out on a serial killer spree, he did get the job done.

A similar set of events is now happening with Graves. Lillywhite was dubbed the VP of Getting Stuff Done. So will continuing to be the VP of Getting Stuff Done to take him down the same road as before. Becoming the infamous Chaos Killer?

I think so. I think we will shortly see Lillywhite acting like The Chaos Killer again in iZombie.
