Not sure if Scandal is on this Thursday? Well Gladiators, consider it handled! The political drama is all new this TGIT with Season 7, Episode 18 Over A Cliff!

This is it, Gladiators! It’s time to head out into the sun and uncork that very special bottle of ‘94 du Bellay we’ve all been saving for a special occasion! The pressure is on for Olivia Pope and Associates as they prepare for testimony and we prepare to say goodbye.

With all the truth Olivia (Kerry Washington), Huck (Guillermo Díaz), Quin (Katie Lowes) and Abby (Darby Stanchfield) can offer in their interrogations DC and politics as we know it is in for the biggest upheaval we’ve ever seen! This isn’t the first time Liv has suggested it’s a new world. And as the “fixer” of the greater republic she has one last job to do!

Of course, no series finale would be complete without a few surprises! My personal hope is that Stephen shows up in the nick of time just like when he saved Olivia from being sold on the black market. The series premiere ended with him and Olivia and it would be a fitting homage if that is where the series found its ending. Of course there’s all sorts of loose ends that need tying up. Liv’s mom is still a factor and she’s always come out of the dark to protect her daughter, even if her initial motives weren’t so noble.

And of course there’s Cyrus’ (Jeff Perry) role to full on antagonist. He’s dragged Jake (Scott Foley) so far from the light that there’s only room for the redemption of one them. Olivia promised to make Amelia (Bellamy Young) a monument and she will not let her presidency go down as some sort of disgrace! So how does it all end?!

Microwave the popcorn because for more you’ll need to tune in! White hats on, Gladiators!
