Naked and Afraid XL exclusive: The stars go noodling
It’s time for a spot of noodling in the first episode of Naked and Afraid XL All-Stars. Just what does it involve and can the hungry survivalists succeed?
Naked and Afraid XL All-Stars sends the survivalists on a mission in the mud in the season premiere of the hardest and longest challenge yet. The women in the team will need to wade in muddy water and take up a spot of noodling to catch some fish. Of course, it doesn’t quite go to plan but it’s always fun watching them search for food.
For those who haven’t seen Naked and Afraid XL before, a team of survivalists is sent out into the wilderness without food or water. To top it off, they’re naked. It’s up to them to work together to find food and water and remain warm through the night. Can it be done?

This isn’t just any Naked and Afraid Season. Sunday kicks off the premiere of the highly anticipated All-Stars version. The team of survivalists consists of all Naked and Afraid veterans. At least they’ve shown the ability to make it through 21 days. Now they’re almost doubling up their time in the wilderness to spend 40 days and 40 nights in the South African wilderness. One of those team members will start his journey alone and need to map his way to the rest of them to survive.

During this exclusive peek for the premiere episode, the women learn how to “noodle.” As one points out, you just stick your fingers in the water and move them like worms. It seems pretty simple, now if it was only just as easy to put into action. This job requires quiet concentration, as they see their food jumping all around them.
