Naked and Afraid is a pretty great show to watch if you’re trying to get into reality TV shows with a unique twist on its competition. Fortunately for you, there are tons of seasons that newcomers can sit back and watch to get into this fandom. Here are how many seasons you can expect to binge watch, as well as where you can stream them.

Naked and Afraid number of seasons

At the time of this writing, there are 16 seasons of Naked and Afraid.

The very first season of the reality TV title is six episodes, while the most recent season—season 15—has 15 episodes. (Season 11 has the most episodes of the title, having a grand total of 30 episodes!) With this in mind, we expect season 16 to have somewhere between six to thirty episodes.

Naked and Afraid: XL is a spinoff of the series where the contestants reside in the wilderness nineteen days longer, totaling to 40 days. There are 9 seasons of XL, which is great for those of you who may get through the original installment much faster than you expect.
