Here are how many seasons you can expect to binge watch, as well as where you can stream them.

Naked and Afraid number of seasons

At the time of this writing, there are 16 seasons of Naked and Afraid.

The very first season of the reality TV title is six episodes, while the most recent season—season 15—has 15 episodes. (Season 11 has the most episodes of the title, having a grand total of 30 episodes!) With this in mind, we expect season 16 to have somewhere between six to thirty episodes.

You can stream every season of the original Naked and Afraid on Discovery+. As for XL, you can stream all nine seasons on Discovery Go.

Some Reddit fans believe that seasons 3, 4 and 11 are great places to start, while others think XL seasons 1, 2, and 4 are the best seasons that new or veteran fans will enjoy from start to finish. (Some even think every season of XL is perfect!)
