General Hospital spoilers: Nelle’s baby shower takes a twisted turn
This week on General Hospital will have Nelle’s baby shower in full force hosted by none other than the woman she is plotting against.
It is about to go down on General Hospital this week as Carly and Monica will be putting on Nelle’s baby shower. While Monica is happy to do it, Carly on the other hand is only hosting to appease her family. Little does she know that this will be the finale to Nelle’s evil plan to drive her right into a mental institution. But will it backfire on her?
The family gathering
It is supposed to be a happy time for the Quartermaine and Corinthos families as they are about to welcome Michael’s child into the world soon. However, things are expected to take a twisted turn. In a brand new General Hospital clip for this upcoming week, it looks like Nelle is being depicted as the innocent victim, while making it look like Carly is after her.

With the families gathered around to watch the mom-to-be open her gifts, there is something that isn’t right. Carly is heard saying that she wants to make the baby shower a ‘memorable occasion.’ She is then seen urging Nelle to open a gift. This baby present is the focus, which means that it can’t be good.

According to General Hospital spoilers, Carly will be caught off-guard by what is about to happen. It looks like Nelle might have wrapped this gift herself putting Carly’s name on it. What is inside that could be so shocking?

It could be that Nelle throws that bloody scarf into the box. Or maybe a bloody and tattered baby blanket? Who knows exactly what Nelle will do for a finale, but this will definitely get Carly into trouble. Everyone will think that she is really going crazy and did that to Nelle for revenge.
