General Hospital spoilers: Nelle surprised by Chase-What exactly is their connection?

Nelle Hayes is about to have her world rocked this week on General Hospital.

When the character of Harrison Chase first arrived on General Hospital earlier this year, we knew that there would be some sort of connection with someone in Port Charles. Now it has been confirmed in the previews for Tuesday’s episode that he and Nelle Hayes definitely know each other.

At the end of Monday’s show, Chase got a text while at Maxie’s that got him rushing out the door. He then showed up in the same courtroom that Carly’s trial was in. Nelle was there alone as he walked through the door. She looked surprised to see him, but they definitely recognized each other.

General Hospital spoilers teases that she is shocked, but the shock must wear off quickly because the preview clip reveals that she turns into her bad self with Chase. She will ask him if he is stalking her. What is up with that? She looks like she is trying to manipulate him just as she has everyone else in Port Charles.

Past connections

It will slowly be revealed exactly what happened in their past that has Nelle and Chase connected. Was he involved with her at some point? Or maybe being the cop that he is, he has her number and has tried to prove that she did indeed murder her former fiance. He did seem to know that she would be there.

It will be interesting to see how these two know each other. One thing is for sure, Nelle isn’t going to like having him around as seen by her reaction in the General Hospital preview. Is he really stalking her? Maybe he will be the one who takes her down. Or will it be Michael?

Nelle’s time is up soon. She has manipulated everyone around her. There are even rumors that her baby isn’t Michael’s after all. That is a good possibility considering how far she has gone with her plan for Carly.
