In the latest episode of The Bold Type, Jane attempts to top an award-nominated piece while Kat comes clean to Adena. Here’s everything you need to know.
Last week on The Bold Type, things really started to pick up steam in surprising ways. First of which, Kat ran smack dab into a relationship revelation in the midst of helping a new voice find her place at Scarlet. After bumping into Adena’s friend Leila, while Adena was out of town at a retreat, Kat discovered she might have feelings for this flirtatious friend. She even has a steamy, not-so-platonic dream about Leila. Upon Adena’s return, Kat opts to share her secret with Adena, and it could cause their relationship to crumble.
Meanwhile, Jane and Sutton also duke it out for the awkwardest moment of this week’s new episode of The Bold Type. Following her realization that Richard could be “the one,” Sutton learned that he has since moved on from her with a new girlfriend. And Sutton’s current assignment at work? Styling Richard’s girlfriend. Yikes. Likewise, Jane’s elated when her Scarlet piece on sexual assault lands an award nod, but she bites at the chance to prove herself to Jacqueline. Of course, her follow-up piece takes an unforeseen turn. Come on, Little Jane. Bounce back!
