Final Thoughts – Why It’s Worth Buying!
When it comes to Riverdale: The Complete Second Season, there is absolutely no denying that this 4-disc set is an absolute must-have for any fan of the series!
For me, what pushes the set over the top is the number of exclusive bonus features included on the 4-disc collection. When determining whether to pick up a season’s DVD or Blu-Ray set, my decision is almost always based upon the collection’s bonus content and immediately after giving Riverdale: The Complete Second Season DVD set a thorough view, I was sold on the set.
First and foremost, can we talk about the fact that the collection features at least one deleted scene from each and every single episode in the season?! Sure we expect a few deleted scenes, but I never imagined the collection to come packed with so many wonderful deleted scenes.
Adding to the allure of the collection are the variety of additional diverse bonus features, features that provided fans with that new content we so often crave from DVD and Blu-ray releases. From staples such as the gag reel and SDCC panel to the pop quiz with the cast and behind the scenes look at Carrie the Musical, each special feature hits the perfect note.
