Alyssa Milano talks not being involved in Charmed reboot
The CW has made a big decision to come out with a Charmed reboot. The crazy thing is they won’t be using any of the original cast on this show. Alyssa Milano is now speaking out about it.
Reboots are very popular right now, but most of them have the original cast or at least some of them. TV Line shared that Alyssa Milano, from the original Charmed, is now speaking out about being left out of the reboot.
Alyssa really wishes that they would have reached out to the original cast and had them involved since the start. They know the show better than anyone else. Holly Marie Combs, Rose McGowan and Shannen Doherty weren’t reached out to either. She went on to share more thoughts.
"“But having said that, I do hope that it reaches the newer generation and impacts that generation the way ours was able to do for its generation.”"

Alyssa Milano doesn’t want to be a part of it now, though. If they had reached out to her earlier, maybe, but she says that she is done with Charmed now. Don’t expect her to be showing up and making a guest appearance on the new reboot.
It doesn’t sound like any of the original cast is going to be on the show this time around. The fans are going to have to just watch the new version of Charmed and see if they are able to embrace the new cast.
