With the premiere of American Horror Story: Apocalypse finally here, let’s take a look back at some of the unsung heroes of the series. Here are the 13 most underrated characters from AHS!

As American Horror Story gets ready to debut its newest season, Apocalypse, it is important to look back and see what has made the series so popular. Aside from the horror element and the over-the-top storylines, the cast has steadily remained as one of the bright spots. When looking back, American Horror Story consistently has one of the best casts on TV season to season.

This upcoming season should be no different considering the number of people involved. Apocalypse will see the return of Jessica Lange, Connie Britton, Dylan McDermott as well as the return seasoned vets Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, and Frances Conroy.
