First-look at Eve in Life Size 2, including a premiere date, cast, more

Freeform has released your first-look at Eve in Life Size 2, along with the premiere date!

Shine bright, shine far, be a star! Eve is back! Freeform has released your first-look at Eve in Life Size 2. Life Size premiered back in March 5, 2000 on ABC. The movie became so popular among all teens, most likely due to Lindsay Lohan‘s back-then popularity. The actress portrayed Casey’s, whose doll, Eve (Tyra Banks) came to life.

I fell in love with the movie, seeing a doll come to life and seeing her hilarious interactions in the real life world. Unfortunately, for the sequel, Lindsay Lohan won’t be a star, no pun intended. Francia Raisa (Grace) will be the new lead star in this movie.

On the bright side, Lohan will be appearing in Life Size 2 in an interesting, creative way. Tyra will also be honoring Casey’s character in a meaningful. I’m glad they are being very careful with this as the movie is loved by many.

Tyra told E News, “You’re going to have to see Life Size, to see what Lindsay does,” Tyra Banks teased during an interview with E! News at the America’s Got Talent finale. “It’s an interesting creative way that my producers have Lindsay involved.”

I can live with that. It shows that they are respecting Lindsay. She also told Entertainment Weekly “There’s something beautiful we do with Lindsay in this movie that’ll speak to die-hard fans. I can’t say how, but you will see something!”

Phew! This means we shouldn’t be worried one bit. It will be interesting what they do with Casey’s character.

Disney Channel released a press release about Life Size 2’s premise:

"Grace Manning (Francia Raisa) is the 20-something CEO of Marathon Toys, a huge toy company started by her mother that is most famous for manufacturing the iconic Eve doll. Grace is also in the middle of her quarter-life crisis, realizing she is in over her head as CEO. To make matters worse, her wild-child ways are causing the company’s stock to plummet. With the help of her young next-door neighbor, Grace’s old Eve doll (Tyra Banks) magically awakens to help get Grace back on track and give her the confidence to be the woman and leader Eve knows Grace can be."

Life-Size 2 is executive produced by Tyra Banks and Stephanie Allain. The film is written by Cameron Fay and Stacey Harman, and directed by Steven K. Tsuchida. The movie stars Tyra Banks, Francia Raisa, Gavin Stenhouse, Shanica Knowles, Hank Chen and Alison Fernandez.
