The truth is revealed on the penultimate episode of All American. How did the Bakers cope with this new revelation about Billy?

It’s never an easy thing to see your idol fall. The Bakers would know that better than anyone as they witness their father tumble from his pedestal on this week’s episode of All American.

With next week being the season finale, this week is all about blowing up the ship to let the chips fall where they may. The secret is out. Laura, Jordan, and Olivia are all coping in their own way and Billy is reeling from the potential loss of his family.

Back in Crenshaw, Spencer shows real maturity in the way he handles the fallout and makes amends with his mother. Let’s take a look at the top five moments from the episode.

5. Billy tells his family about the affair.

Cory pays Billy a visit at his home. The entire exchange is rife with tension. Spencer’s father is an intimidating guy and he makes his intentions to Billy clear. News of the affair has broken and it will come out one way or another.

Struggling to get ahead of the truth bomb, Billy comes clean with Laura. She calls him out for being a coward. Considering all the shady things Billy has been doing all season wrong, I can’t disagree with her. If Cory wasn’t in town, would Billy have ever fessed up? It’s not likely.

By episode’s end, at the threat of losing the entire foundation he’s built his family on, Billy appears generally apologetic. It’s going to be a hard road to gain the trust of his wife and children back.
