By Callum Gunn
In a sudden decision by MTV, Jenelle Evans has been axed from Teen Mom 2, although it isn’t surprising when you learn why.
Teen Mom 2 fans need to get ready for a change in cast. Jenelle Evans is no longer a cast member in the MTV reality TV series. The network has officially cut off all ties with the star.
This decision was made Tuesday, May 7, and the reason has to do with her husband, David Eason and the family dog. In an official statement released to Deadline. MTV decided to completely cut ties with Evans after learning Eason had killed the family dog. Both Eason and Evans share 2-year-old Ensley.
The network has not filmed anything featuring Eason since February 2018. There are also no new episodes that feature him, either. As of April, 6, 2019, filming with Evans officially stopped and the network does not plan to continue with her storyline.
