The 100 sees Octavia become a prisoner and Clarke go to a party. Here’s everything that happened in The 100 Season 6, Episode 4.

Like every season, it hasn’t taken long to get into the action. The 100 Season 6, Episode 4 delivered a party, prisoner escape, and much more. Here’s a look at everything that happened during “The Face Behind the Glass.”

The naming ceremony

More from CW

It’s all about the naming ceremony in Sanctum. The Primes are excited about a new nightblood moving up into royalty. Those with black blood are worshipped by all. But why does this feel a little odd?

Delilah clearly feels like something is off. After Jordan tells him about how him being in cryosleep was a taunt to his parents, she realizes that she doesn’t want to be a “face behind the glass.” It’s clear she worries about what is on the other side of the naming ceremony.

When Delilah returns from her naming ceremony, she doesn’t seem to recognize Jordan at all. In fact, she hugs another man. It’s clear that something has happened that isn’t good.

Trouble brewing elsewhere

Meanwhile, there’s a party going on for the naming ceremony. Clarke has the chance to apologize to Bellamy for leaving him at Polis, but he doesn’t blame her for her actions. However, it’s clear he is sad — he’s still grieving for the loss of his friends and grieving the loss of his sister, who he’s left to die.

Bellamy just watches as Clarke dances with one of the doctors — while also pushing his anger onto Echo.

Clarke ends up sleeping with him, only to find out that he’s been hiding something — he had drawn and circled her face and paralyzes her to take her to the Children of Gabriel. The doc claims to have done it all for her own protection and talks about not wanting to give the Primes another host. Are the Primes infecting nightbloods with some sort of parasite or memories of former nightbloods?

It doesn’t take too long to find out what’s going on. Sure enough, the nightbloods become hosts for other souls but it means killing the host. Since she’s paralyzed, there’s nothing Clarke can do to stop it all from happening. Russell and Simone choose to bring their daughter back.

Octavia and Diyoza team up

At the end of the last episode, Octavia turned up to take down some of those who kidnapped one of the kids with nightblood. However, she ends up becoming a prisoner instead. After escaping with the young girl who had been kidnapped, she runs into Diyoza, who has teamed up with one of the Primes to get the nightblood back and be allowed back into Sanctum.

Unfortunately, the child is accidentally shot in the crossfire. To make amends, Diyoza promises to kill the Children of Gabriel’s leader, so forms a “beautiful friendship” with Octavia. They both head off on motorbikes to find the “old guy.”

Raven finds hope in a shop & Echo shares her story

While in the bar, Raven sees a photo of someone on a motorbike and learns that there are still motorbikes in the shop. Yes, she soon finds herself in her element — although still angry at Clarke that Shaw had died because absolutely everything has to be Clarke’s fault, right?

Meanwhile, Echo takes everything Bellamy has said about her being unfeeling to heart. She does feel but she doesn’t always show it. As Bellamy apologizes, Echo shares her story of how her parents died and she was taken by the Grounders. It’s the first time she’s fully opened up and Bellamy is right there for her.
