All in this first episode? Possibly not. Titled “Trigon,” this episode is set to resolve some of the major issues created during the Season 1 finale. You may remember that the finale felt off last year, like it was a penultimate episode instead of a finale. That’s because it originally was. When the show was renewed, the EPs decided to reduce the episode order to 11 and move what would have been the finale to Season 2.
And now we’re finally getting some answers after nine months. Titans Season 2, Episode 1 sees Dick Grayson as a much darker character than he’s ever been before. Fully embracing that darkness and with Trigon controlling the others, Rachel and Gar need to figure out how to stop Trigon. Can they save everyone from themselves?
Remember that the episodes will be released weekly. DC Universe is opting for the old school approach and for this show, it’s an excellent idea to break down and process the episodes.
