It’s that time of the month where you’re getting your TV viewing in order to make the most of the various streaming services. With fall TV back, trying to watch everything can be overwhelming, which is why you often need someone to pick out the highlights of the month. That’s what I’m doing with Acorn TV releases in October 2019.

5. The Time of Our Lives Season 2
Claudia Karvan, Shane Jacobson, and William McInnes star in this compelling series from 2014. It follows an Australian family living in inner-city Melbourne, as they go through all life’s ups and downs. We get to see the changing dynamics when life progresses, including with child-rearing, home ownership, and more.
You can watch all eight episodes of the second season from Oct. 14.
