Where will you be able to stream The Lighthouse?
The Lighthouse is the latest movie from A24 by the brilliant Robert Eggers. Where will you be able to stream it in the future? Amazon Prime? Netflix?
Robert Eggers is back with The Lighthouse, a psychological horror that follows two lighthouse keepers who are forced to only be around each other for a month. That’s enough to make anyone go mad, right? You surely want to check out the movie on streaming, whether you’ve seen it in the theaters or not, so where will that be possible?
Will you get to watch The Lighthouse on Amazon Prime Video? How about through Netflix? Or will you have to get a streaming service like HBO, STARZ, or even SHOWTIME?

There are high chances that this black-and-white-shot movie will head to Amazon Prime Video. The movie is distributed by A24 in the United States, and all A24 movies do head to Prime Video after about nine to 12 months from the theatrical release date.
However, it is worth noting that Focus Features is also distributing the movie. This is on an international scale, so it shouldn’t affect the U.S. distribution. If it does, then The Lighthouse will probably head to HBO Now, which is where Mary, Queen of Scots and other Focus Features movies have gone.
The Lighthouse is definitely a movie you’re going to want to check out. I’d recommend just getting it on DVD and Blu-ray as soon as it’s out instead of waiting for the streaming release! Certified Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes, it holds a 92% approval from critics and 89% approval from audiences.
