A Christmas Prince

Before the marriage and eventual baby, there was the first meeting between Amber (Rose McIver) and Prince Richard (Ben Lamb) in A Christmas Prince.

What’s it about: Amber is an aspiring young journalist in New York City. Amber is sent abroad to the nation of Aldovia to cover a press conference by Prince Richard, who is about to take the throne following his father’s death. Her job is to get the inside scoop on Richard because, in the media, he’s portrayed as an immature socialite who may renounce the throne.

When Amber arrives in Aldovia, the prince fails to appear at the press conference. Not wanting to leave without a story, Amber pretends to be an American tutor for Richard’s sister, Princess Emily (Honor Kneafsey). As Amber begins to form a bond with Emily, she slowly meets and connects with Richard, who turns to be a caring and sympathetic figure. As Amber spends more time in Aldovia, she begins to form romantic feelings for Richard.
