Mandip Gill, a.k.a Yasmin Khan, has confirmed fans are getting answers in the Doctor Who Season 12 finale, but which ones are we likely to get?

With only two episodes of Doctor Who Season 12 left, it’s hard to imagine fans getting all the answers to all the questions we have amassed throughout this season. We just have so may of them. From the shocking return of The Master, the fate of Gallifrey and the Timeless Child, a previously unknown reincarnation of The Doctor, and the shocking return of the amazing Captain Jack Harness, there just doesn’t seem to be enough time left in the season to answer all the questions.

And answers we are getting. Mandip Gill, who plays the role of companion Yasmin Khan, revealed in an interview with Radio Times answers are on the way for fans in the two part finale, scheduled to air on Feb. 23 and Mar. 1. She also confirmed that the answers we are going to get link directly back to this season as well. You can see what she said exactly for yourself just below:

"It’s filled with loads of things. It ties a lot of things up that have happened. There’s a through-arc, basically, and that is part of it."

However, the chances of us getting all the answers in one go are pretty slim. Doctor Who is set to return for another season so there is a pretty good chance some of the questions we have will not be answered until Season 13. So, what are we likely to get answers to then?

Well, expect answers to the Timeless Child. The episode set to air on Mar. 1 is called The Timeless Children, so if we don’t get some form of answers to that storyline, I’ll be stunned.

There is a good chance Captain Jack Harkness might resurface, or at the very least be discussed, in the finale. Considering it was him that warned The Doctor and Fam of The Lone Cybermen.

The Master, Gallifrey, and the unknown Doctor are unlikely to come up though. More than likely these storylines will continue into Season 13. There is just too much there to be explored and explained with only two episodes to go and so much else going on.

That doesn’t mean to say they won’t. It’s just not a good bet is all.
